Today i got an opportunity to taste the renowned Ahmedia briyani , vaniyambadi. I went around 7 pm, and asked for mutton briyani . They responded promptly and got my favourite with minimal waiting time . The typical long grained basmati rice was aromatic and flavourful with lots of mutton pieces which was cooked well . The briyani was fluffy , less spicy and it was light on stomach . The watery gravy (salna ) they serve with briyani is super tasty .
One thing i dont like is the mutton pieces felt rubbery and bland .
Overall a nice briyani to have when u cross vaniyambadi . 👍
